CompuLaw Vision™ Ranked #1 Docketing Solution
Seventh Year in a Row

LOS ANGELES – November 25, 2008 - CompuLaw LLC, publisher of calendar/docket matter management software with built-in court rules databases, announced today that according to the International Legal Technology Association (ILTA) 2008 Technology Usage Survey, CompuLaw Vision is the most widely-used calendaring/docketing software among ILTA member firms.

CompuLaw’s Vision software and court rules-based technologies are currently used by over 82% of the top 50 law firms in California, over 70% of the AmLaw Top 100 law firms, and by more than half of all AmLaw 200 firms.

“CompuLaw continues to set the standard for accuracy and timely updates with our court rule databases -- and our software technology has evolved with the market, based on customer requests,” said David J. Kalmick, president and CEO of CompuLaw. “Because only a small percentage of firms actually responded to this year’s legal surveys, the true growth of CompuLaw’s customer base is not accurately illustrated.  We are pleased to have welcomed so many new firms to the CompuLaw family; we are excited to be recognized as the leader in court rules-based calendaring by all of our current customers, as we continue to provide the latest in technology and services to help protect legal professionals across the country.”

CompuLaw’s Vision software automatically schedules critical dates in accordance with court rules, greatly reducing the possibility of missing deadlines through error-prone and time-consuming manual docket calculations. A full-featured application for Windows, Vision is also available in MS SQL and SQL Express 2005 (MSDE) versions.  Vision integrates with Microsoft Outlook®, Novell GroupWise®, Lotus Notes® and the CompuLaw Vision Web Portal™.

CompuLaw offers rules databases for all 50 states, including State, Federal, Appellate, Supreme Court, Bankruptcy, Intellectual Property and more.  During 2007, CompuLaw released 290 separate rules updates (rule sets updated 3,941 times in total) as well as 113 new rule sets for numerous jurisdictions across the United States, including Arizona, California, Florida, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maryland, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Missouri, New Mexico, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia and Wisconsin.  For the complete list of CompuLaw rule databases, visit www.compulaw.com.
