CompuLaw Announces Vision Web Portal™ Version 3.3 LOS ANGELES – April 3, 2008 - CompuLaw LLC, publisher of calendar/docket matter management software with built-in court rules databases, introduces Version 3.3 of its Vision Web Portal. Highlights of Vision Web Portal Version 3.3 include the How was this date calculated? feature, providing a quick and easy way for legal professionals to identify each step of CompuLaw’s date calculation process, utilizing an easy-to-understand and colorful graphical user interface. In addition, the Exclude inactive matters settings applications feature allows users to eliminate inactive matters from selection for calendar requests and filter settings. “The attorneys within CompuLaw’s Rules Support Department often receive customer questions on date calculations for certain matters, and in the past, we have participated in phone calls and Webinars to walk our clients through the process,” said David Kalmick, president and CEO of CompuLaw, LLC. “This new feature in Web Portal Version 3.3 will allow legal professionals to obtain a written description of how each date is calculated, as well as a graphical calendar showing each step, each date, and how it’s counted in the process. Version 3.3 just makes calendaring much more convenient, if not fun, for law firms.” The CompuLaw Web Portal provides Vision users with around-the-clock access to their schedules and other pertinent calendaring information from any location, via their individual Web browsers. Users can access their calendar/docket data remotely, from their office, hotel or home, through the Internet. Web Portal 3.3 also allows attorneys to grant their clients secure, restricted access to matter calendar data.
