Technical Support: An annual support and maintenance program entitles customers to unlimited telephone support and feature updates, free of charge. If necessary, our Technical Support Team, using state-of-the-art Internet technology, can view and control your CompuLaw software, just as you see it on your PC, in order to address your technical support issues as quickly as possible. Naturally, you must provide access by logging into our special website before we can access your computer. Support and maintenance plans include free, periodic automatic feature updates from CompuLaw. CompuLaw typically ships multiple feature updates each year. Training: CompuLaw Vision, Web Portal and Court Rules Databases are full-featured, comprehensive software products. To help you take full advantage of the software's rich feature set, CompuLaw offers training options geared toward your convenience on site, at your office, or via the Internet.
